Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent role in a fantastic Cheshunt primary school. This position begins in September 2025 and is ideal for someone passionate about early education, intervention support, and inclusive learning.

Role Highlights:
• Work closely with KS1 teachers to deliver booster sessions and targeted interventions
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including speech and language, dyslexia, and mild autism
• Help to track progress and adjust support strategies to suit individual learners
• Encourage pupil independence, emotional resilience, and active participation
• Be part of a collaborative and caring team committed to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children in a KS1 setting
• Knowledge of phonics and early literacy/numeracy strategies
• Comfortable leading small group or 1:1 interventions
• A patient, nurturing, and energetic approach
• SEN experience is highly desirable
