We’re Looking for a Teacher Who Can:
Differentiate and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Promote independence, resilience, and positive social skills in pupils
Contribute to pupils’ personal development and well-being
Support learning across the curriculum with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience teaching within KS2 or across the primary phase (preferred)
Confident in planning and delivering the National Curriculum
Strong classroom management and a positive behaviour approach
Committed to continuous professional development
Holds an enhanced DBS and can provide suitable professional references
