Randstad Education is currently supporting a number of primary schools across Blackburn in need of reliable and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teachers for a range of cover needs. This includes day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and block placements - ideal for those who want variety, consistency, or the chance to try different school environments before committing long-term.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-set lessons in Key Stage 2 classrooms
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Managing behaviour confidently and professionally
Supporting pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds
Following school policies and classroom routines
Providing marking and feedback as required
What We're Looking For:
QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching in KS2
Flexibility and adaptability across year groups
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Two references from the last 5 years (including one safeguarding reference)
