Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and inform teaching
• Maintain a positive and inspiring classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues across year groups to share best practice
• Support the development of students’ confidence, resilience, and independence
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or confidence in teaching Key Stage 2 pupils
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for nurturing young learners
• A flexible, proactive and team-oriented approach
