Job Description
Be Personnel and our client are happy to announce the vacancy of a Kiln Operator on a temp to permanent contract basis. Working for our client, the worlds largest Atlantic Salmon producer offers great exposure to a globally operating business
Responsibilities include:
· Rinsing trolleys of fish
· Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
· Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
· Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
· Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
· Use of programmed Kilns
· Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
· CCP Cooling controls
· Inputting data on PC
· Mixing of dusts to specification
· Cleaning of Smoke Generators
Required skills:
* Positive attitude to safety is essential

* Organized, systematic approach
* Good communicator
* Computer skills
