FULL TIME KIOSK MANAGER
Location: YO! Tesco Walkden Hours: 45 hours per week | 7-day rota | Standard shifts: 8:00am starts –7:00pm finishes

What You’ll Do
As a Kiosk Manager, you’ll lead by example and ensure smooth day-to-day operations:
* Oversee all aspects of kiosk management — including rotas, holidays, and team wellbeing.
* Prepare and serve high-quality food alongside your team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
* Maintain exceptional standards in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
* Manage stock efficiently through accurate ordering, deliveries, and weekly/monthly checks.
* Record deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks accurately using our internal Trail app.
* Ensure full compliance with allergen and food safety procedures, delivering accurate information to customers.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with YO! policies.
* Promote and uphold a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
* Liaise with Regional Manager regularly, for business updates, audits and improvements.
* Report directly to the franchisee with periodic stats and figures, as required.
What You’ll Bring
* A willingness to work 5/7 days with 8am starts and upto 7pm finishes, with regular weekend working, including Bank Holidays.
* Previous experience in the food industry (experience with Oriental cuisine is an advantage, but not essential).
* Educated to degree level (management related subjects advantageous)
* A Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 supervisory preferred).
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
* A proactive attitude and the flexibility to travel to multiple sites as your career progresses.
