Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a busy and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied role where you will be involved in the preparation and presentation of high-quality fresh food, packed meals, cold buffet and deli bar food.
Hours:5 hours per week, term time + 5 weeks. 12PM - 8PM, 5 days across Monday - Sunday
Location: Thatcham
Salary: £21,592

To support the production of meals and service at the required times, working to the highest standards of presentation and quality.
To ensure that all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation is adhered to.
Maintain a consistent high standard of fresh food.
Deliver the production of all packed meals.
Support with the production of all cold buffet services.The successful Kitchen Assistant have the following related skills / experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Previous experience of catering for large numbers.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and calmly under pressure.
