Location: Aberdeen
Package: Competitive Basic + Commission
Hours: 5 days a week, Full-time & Permanent position
About the Role;
Due to our client's continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer to join their team in their Aberdeen-based showroom.
Our client's Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designers combine creative flair, technical expertise, expert product knowledge, and first-class customer service to turn their clients’ dream kitchens and bathrooms into a reality. Using the latest 3D design software, you’ll guide customers from concept to completion, creating bespoke designs tailored to their individual lifestyles and needs.
Key Responsibilities;
*
Engage directly with customers visiting the showroom
*
Conduct home visits to measure spaces accurately and capture detailed project requirements
*
Design and quote both kitchens and bathrooms using the latest 3D design software
*
Communicate effectively with customers to deliver a personalised, professional design experience
*
Manage customer expectations from initial consultation through to final quotation
*
Provide regular feedback to management to ensure our client's services continue to meet evolving customer needs
Skills & Experience Required;
*
Proven success in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment
*
Strong design skills and an excellent eye for detail
*
Solid product knowledge across kitchens and bathrooms
*
Proficiency in design and quotation software — experience with Compusoft Winner and/or Innoplus is advantageous
*
Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
*
High level of computer and IT literacy
*
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude
*
Professional, self-motivated, and able to represent our client to the highest standard
*
The successful candidate will need to be able to drive and have their own car
