Job Opportunity: Kitchen Designer
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (£120,000 OTE)
Hours: Mon–Sat, 9:30am–5:30pm (with a day off in lieu)
Type: Permanent
KBB Recruitment is looking for a Kitchen Designer for a leading luxury kitchen manufacturer. This role offers the chance to work with a premium brand, designing bespoke kitchens and multi-functional living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
*
Design luxury kitchens and interiors using AutoCAD
*
Manage projects from brief to installation, including site surveys and technical sign-offs
*
Build strong client relationships and exceed expectations
*
Achieve sales targets and follow up leads
*
Liaise with architects, interior designers, and suppliers
Candidate Requirements
*
3+ years' experience in luxury kitchen or KBB design
*
Strong sales record (£1m+ p/a desirable)
*
Skilled in AutoCAD; design degree preferred
*
Knowledge of premium kitchen/appliance brands
*
Motivated, professional, with excellent networking skills
*
Full UK driving licence required
