Kitchen Designer wanted in Bristol!
KBB Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established, independent kitchen, bedroom & bathroom retailer in the heart of Bristol to find a talented Kitchen Designer.
Full time, permanent position paying £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business with over 200 years of trading history, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke kitchens and an exceptional customer experience. Based in a premium city-centre showroom, you’ll be working with discerning clients to turn their ideas into beautifully designed, functional spaces.
Responsibilities
* Design and sell bespoke kitchen solutions using CAD software
* Lead the full customer journey from consultation to aftercare
* Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences
* Produce high-quality design presentations and quotations
* Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling
* Maintain showroom presentation and up-to-date product knowledge
* Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
* Support installation and project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom design and sales
* Proficient in design software such as Winner, or similar
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and presentable
* Driving licence preferred (company vehicle available for site visits)
