Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Kitter to join a leading aerospace company based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in aviation or manufacturing logistics to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare kits for aircraft production and maintenance
Pick and pack components accurately based on work orders and engineering drawings
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure traceability of all parts
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet operational deadlines
Adhere to safety and quality standards in an aerospace environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in aviation or aerospace kitting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Comfortable working in a team and independently
Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
