We are actively recruiting a Maintenance Planner to support the Operations Division in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential to ensuring long-term scheduling, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities for vital oil and gas facilities.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll collaborate with maintenance supervisors and operations teams to ensure effective coordination and scheduling of maintenance projects.
Key duties include:

Conducting technical coordination across departments to support the execution of maintenance plans

Reviewing and updating work schedules, offering technical advice on materials, contracts, and timelines
*
Tracking maintenance budgets versus actuals and explaining variances
*
Processing maintenance notifications and creating accurate work orders in SAP
*
Monitoring SAP for maintenance planning data and ensuring proper historical updates
*
Preparing monthly project reports, technical summaries, and departmental updates
*
Liaising with MSSD to evaluate maintenance services
*
Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
*
Performing other relevant tasks as directed by management
What You Bring
✔ Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument Engineering (minimum 4 years of experience)
– OR Diploma in Engineering (minimum 12 years of experience)
– OR High School + 2 years OJT (minimum 14 years of experience)
✔ Experience: Maintenance planning and operations within oil & gas or industrial environments
✔ Language: Intermediate English (KJO Level 4 or above)
✔ Skills: Expertise in SAP, scheduling, budgeting, and interdepartmental coordination
