We are actively recruiting a Senior Contracts Controller to join our Procurement and Tendering Division in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in managing tendering processes, contract documentation, and supplier interactions to ensure smooth, efficient, and auditable commercial operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Contracts Controller, you will ensure consistency and transparency across tendering processes, guiding proponent departments and mentoring junior staff within the Contracts Team.
Key duties include:

Supporting proponent departments in preparing and reviewing RFPs

Advising on tender scenarios, contract risks, and compliance standards
*
Administering tender processes and ensuring audit-ready documentation via SAP
*
Handling claims and verifying invoices to prevent escalation
*
Coordinating workloads and reviewing team progress to meet deadlines
*
Participating in tender committee meetings and pre-bid sessions with suppliers
*
Updating tender and supplier databases for accuracy and traceability
*
Mentoring team members and coaching job family holders
*
Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
*
Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
*
Performing other assignments as directed by management
What You Bring
✔ Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or Law
✔ Experience: Minimum 10 years in contracts and procurement, preferably in upstream oil & gas
✔ Language: Advanced English (KJO Level 6 or higher)
✔ Skills: Contract risk management, SAP, team coordination, and supplier negotiations
