KS1 Teacher
Full-time | Paid to Scale (M1–M6)
Start: January (Following Trial Day & Informal Interview)
Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and successful school located near Milborne Port, currently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The school is built around the ethos:
“Learning Together for Life’s Adventures”,
and is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated mixed KS1 Teacher to join their thriving team.
About the Role
The school is looking for a passionate educator with prior experience working in KS1 and supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities. The role will include all standard teaching responsibilities, such as:
Planning & delivering engaging lessons
Marking and assessing pupil progress
Attending parents’ evenings
Contributing to the wider school community
You will be supported by a collaborative staff team and a forward-thinking leadership team, with an initial trial day and informal interview with the Executive Head Teacher as part of the selection process.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
A positive, nurturing and proactive approach
Commitment to the school’s shared values and ethos
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Pay & Compliance
Paid to scale (M1–M6)
All vetting and safeguarding checks carried out through Teaching Personnel
