Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 Teacher to join a primary school in Lancaster. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexibility to focus on your preferred age group within EYFS to Year 6.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (Primary QTS) is essential
Proven experience teaching the National Curriculum in KS1
Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Ability to deliver lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote progress
