Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a warm and welcoming school community? We are looking for a talented KS1 Intervention Teacher to join a lovely school in Bramhall on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school that prides itself on its strong sense of family, experienced and supportive leadership, and a team culture that has resulted in low staff turnover. The school are now looking to appoint a welcome addition to the KS1 department where the successful applicant will be responsible for the planning and delivery of KS1 interventions.
About the Role
As the KS1 intervention teacher, you will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a small group of Year 1 children who are currently behind age related expectations. These children present varied SEND needs so the teacher must be able to adapt their teaching to meet individual preferences and accelerate pupil progress. This is both an exciting and rewarding role where you will build close relationships and have a direct impact on a small group of children.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Proven ability (or potential) to meet the needs of diverse SEND learners
A confident and skilled approach to phonics delivery, essential for supporting early reading and writing
Someone able to differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners in the classroom
A collaborative and flexible team player who contributes positively to the wider school community
