SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in central Islington to recruit passionate and adaptable teachers to join their vibrant team. Whether you're a dedicated KS1 Teacher or an experienced KS2 Teacher, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a school that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards.
This role is open to both KS1 Teachers and KS2 Teachers depending on experience, preference, and school need. The position starts in September 2025 and offers the chance for a permanent placement for the right candidate.
Role Highlights:
Full-time KS1 Teacher or KS2 Teacher position in a well-established, two-form entry school
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Develop pupils' core skills in English, Maths, and foundation subjects
Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet a range of needs
Promote high standards of behaviour and learning across the classroom
Contribute to whole-school development and extracurricular activitiesWhat We're Looking For:
A qualified KS1 Teacher or KS2 Teacher (UK QTS required)
Strong knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy, from phonics and early reading (KS1) to reasoning and deeper subject understanding (KS2)
Confidence using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting pupils with SEND or EAL
Enthusiastic, organised, and reflective in your teaching practice
