HLTA (KS1 & KS2 PPA Cover)
Part Time
3 afternoons per week
September to Christmas 2025

We are currently seeking an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to cover PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) across KS1 and KS2 at a well-regarded primary school in Somerset, starting from September 2025 until Christmas 2025.
You will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons for 3 afternoons per week, supporting pupils across various year groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and has a flexible and confident approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
*
Support pupils across different year groups and abilities
*
Foster a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment
*
Work closely with teachers to ensure the continuity of high-quality education
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Experienced as an HLTA or in a similar role
*
Confident with delivering lessons across KS1 and KS2
*
A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teaching
*
Available for 3 afternoons per week from September to Christmas 2025
