About the Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching to pupils across KS1 and KS2, creating engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners. The role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to differentiate effectively to ensure every pupil achieves their potential.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 according to the National Curriculum.

Assess and track pupil progress to inform planning and support individual needs.

Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and engagement.

Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school improvement.

Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong partnerships supporting pupil achievement.
Candidate Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
*
Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
*
Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment requirements for both KS1 and KS2.

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
*
Ability to differentiate learning and support pupils with varied needs.
