Key responsibilities:

Deliver personalised, engaging 1:1 sessions in English, Maths, and emotional literacy

Build trusting relationships and create nurturing learning spaces in homes, libraries, community centres, or schools

Work trauma-informed and relationally, prioritising children’s emotional safety
*
Collaborate with families and professionals to support each child’s journey, including smooth transitions back into school
What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with KS1 teaching experience
*
Understanding of SEND, SEMH, EBSA, and trauma-informed approaches
*
Patience, empathy, and a belief in personalised learning
*
Experience or interest in nurture-based practices and Theraplay is advantageous but not essential
