Your New Role
As KS1 Phase Lead, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated KS1 teachers.

Support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS1 teaching experience.
Proven leadership skills or experience in a middle leadership role.
A deep understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
A commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
