SEN Teacher (KS1)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our supportive school team on a full time basis from now until July.
This role is based within the NEST provision, a specialist setting designed to support a small group of up to 5 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored, high-quality teaching to meet the individual needs of each child.
The Role: - Teaching a small group of KS1 pupils with ASD within our NEST provision - Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons - Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development - Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
Support: - You will be supported in the classroom by an experienced Teaching Assistant, ensuring a strong adult-to-pupil ratio and a collaborative working environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Experience teaching in KS1 - Strong background in SEN, particularly working with children with ASD - A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach - Commitment to the role through to July
