They are seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The ideal KS1 Teacher will:
Have a solid understanding of Phonics teaching (Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc or equivalent).
Confidently deliver early reading, writing and maths with a focus on mastery and fluency.
Use formative assessment effectively to identify gaps and adapt teaching.
Plan engaging lessons that support social, emotional and language development.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.Essential Compliance Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS disclosure on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Proof of professional qualifications.
