Your role will include:
Taking responsibility for a Year 1 class and establishing clear routines
Creating engaging, inspiring lessons that support children’s transition from EYFS to KS1
Working closely with your partner teacher to share planning and ideas
Contributing to the wider life of the school, including trips and enrichment activities
Attending regular CPD to help you develop confidence and grow as a professional
What we’re looking for:
UK QTS or PGCE (applications from ECTs are encouraged)
A reflective, positive approach to learning and teaching
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Energy, creativity, and a commitment to giving children the best start in their education
