Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to support pupil progress.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through teamwork and pastoral care.
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (either as an ECT or experienced teacher).
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective classroom strategies.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A reflective, compassionate approach to supporting children's learning and well-being.
