KS1 Class Teacher - Long-Term, Full-Time
 Paid to Scale (PAYE) - Lambeth

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-organised primary school in the London Borough of Lambeth to appoint a committed, capable KS1 Teacher for a long-term, full-time post starting early 2026. This role carries full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, parent communication and contribution to the wider life of the school.

The successful candidate will be someone who delivers clear, structured teaching, maintains consistent standards and engages confidently with KS1 curriculum expectations. The school has stable leadership, straightforward systems and high expectations of professionalism.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status

Strong, reliable classroom practice across KS1

Ability to plan and assess in line with school and national requirements

Professional communication and dependable attendance

To be considered, you must:
* Hold QTS and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* Provide a full CV with complete employment history
* Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
