Key Responsibilities:

Develop positive, respectful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to the wider school community and ethos
Work closely with your year group team to share best practices and resourcesKS1 Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge and experience of teaching in Key Stage 1
A creative and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
