Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum
Use assessment to guide planning and support individual learning needs
Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes emotional and social development
Support children’s early reading, writing, and numeracy skills through imaginative teaching
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to support every child
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience or strong understanding of KS1 teaching and early childhood development
A warm, nurturing approach and a passion for helping young children flourish
Strong classroom management and a reflective, proactive mindset
A team player who’s committed to the wider school community
