Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Key Stage 1

Promote a positive learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and resilience

Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, identifying and supporting individual learning needs

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support holistic development

Contribute to school-wide initiatives and work closely with year group partners
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1

Thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements
*
Strong classroom management and a nurturing, child-centred approach
*
A commitment to professional development and inclusive practice
