KS1 Teacher – Primary School in Staffordshire (ST17)
Salary: Paid to Scale
Contract: Full-time

About the Role:
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
Tracking, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Attending staff meetings, parent consultations, and contributing to wider school life.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the leadership team.
Leading on assessment and differentiation to support the needs of all learners.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
Previous experience teaching in KS1.
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to their development.
