KS2 Teacher - Maternity Cover - Hillingdon
Full-time | January Start | Long-term with Potential for Permanent Role | M1-UPS3
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a three-form entry primary school in the Hillingdon area to appoint a KS2 Teacher for a maternity cover beginning January 2025. The school is seeking a teacher who can bring creativity, commitment, and strong behaviour management to a well-resourced environment that values collaboration.
This forward-thinking school has spacious classrooms, bright outdoor learning spaces, and a dedicated STEM area to enrich the curriculum. Role Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS2 (Year 3-6)

Work closely with parallel class teachers to ensure consistency in planning and delivery
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Attend staff meetings, insets, and parent consultations as required
Uphold the school's commitment to pupil wellbeing and academic excellence
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS2 within UK primary schools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Resilience and creativity to support varied learner needs
