You will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons, encourage independent learning, and help pupils develop the confidence they need to succeed. The school’s supportive team and strong leadership will ensure you have everything required to thrive in your first teaching role.   The Candidate The school is looking for a confident and reflective KS2 ECT who is ready to step into their first classroom leadership role.   You should have: A degree in Education or a relevant subject area QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2026 A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum Strong communication and classroom management skills A proactive approach to teaching and a commitment to continuous professional growth  The School Situated in the Ward of Northfield, this 2-form entry primary school is known for its welcoming environment, strong community links, and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
