Job Description
An ambitious and inclusive primary school in Islington is looking to appoint a committed and strategic KS2 Phase Leader from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 teacher ready to take the next step in leadership - or a current phase leader seeking a fresh challenge in a collaborative, values-led school. You’ll play a key role in shaping teaching and learning across Years 3–6, while leading by example in your own class.

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (Inner London)
