Your New School
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Year 3 from September 2025. Your New Role
As a KS2 LSA, you will:
Provide targeted support to pupils in Year 3, including those with additional learning needs.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion.
Assist with classroom preparation, small group work, and one-to-one interventions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2.
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
