Your New Role
As KS2 Phase Lead, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of KS2 teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
Drive curriculum development and assessment strategies across Years 3-6.
Work closely with SLT to support whole-school improvement priorities.
Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor colleagues.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS2 teaching experience.
Proven leadership or middle leadership experience (e.g. Year Group Lead, Subject Lead).
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to inclusion, equity, and continuous professional development.
