Job Description

Supply Heroes are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Sutton Coldfield (B75) for a dedicated KS2 PPA Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher looking to provide high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2. As the school's PPA Teacher, you will deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of KS2 year groups, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are out of the classroom.

You will be working with a supportive staff team in a welcoming school environment, where your ability to build positive relationships with pupils and quickly adapt to different classes will be highly valued. This role is ideal for an experienced KS2 teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across multiple year groups.

About the Role

  * September start

  * Based in Sutton Coldfield (B75)

  * Deliver PPA cover across Key Stage 2

  * Teach pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups

  * Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment

  * Ensure continuity of learning during teachers' PPA time

  * Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders

The Ideal Candidate

  * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  * Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is essential

  * Confident teaching across different KS2 year groups

  * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  * Flexible, reliable and adaptable

  * Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * Able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

  * Right to work in the UK
