Are you a qualified key stage 2 teacher or early career teacher looking for a KS2 teaching post in January?
An Ofsted rated 'good' school in Berkhamsted are looking for someone to join their friendly and nurturing team as a KS2 Primary Teacher from January. The spacious school is situated on a large site with extensive grounds, comprising two playing fields, a wild garden, a static fitness equipment area, a large playground with a range of play equipment. The school values children and staff's well-being and positive mental health are heavily focused on. This was acknowledged when they achieved the national Well-being Award for Schools.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, preparing and organising lesson resources, alongside delivering high-quality education and enrichment of holistic development for children. The school aims to provide the highest quality of education for all children, in an environment that is challenging, motivating, caring and moral through the delivery of a creative curriculum. From the off-set the school will encourage you to create a caring and disciplined environment in which each child's well-being is valued and viewed as an individual.

Salary: £150 - £240 per day
Key skills the ideal candidate will have:
A passion for creating and delivering enriching lessons through an interactive approach
A thorough understanding of different pedagogical approaches of learning
Good time management and organisational skills
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Able to establish positive relationships with students and teachers
Must have a qualified teaching status (QTS)
