KS2 Primary Teacher – Worksop
Location: Worksop
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Maternaty cover until January 2027
We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring KS2 Primary Teacher to join a well-established and welcoming primary school in the Worksop area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to take on a rewarding role within a supportive and professional environment. ECT's are also encouraged to apply for this role.
As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Support children’s academic progress, social development, and wellbeing.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with partner teachers on planning and classroom preparation.
- Sit in and contribute to weekly staff meetings and briefings.
We are looking for a KS2 Primary Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has recent UK-based experience teaching in primary schools (desirably Key Stage 2).
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management.
- Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
