Teaching Assistant | Year 4 | St Albans, Hertfordshire | Immediate Start | £95 per day

Year 4 Teaching Assistant needed at a fantastic St Albans Primary School - Starting immediately and running through to July 2026 - £95 per day - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Immediate start until July 2026
£95 per day - term time only, full school hours
Supporting pupils through small group work and targeted interventionsThis warm and inclusive one-form-entry school has a strong reputation for helping children thrive both academically and personally. The leadership team is highly supportive and is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to work within Year 4. You will play a key role in delivering booster sessions, providing tailored support, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this Year 4 Teaching Assistant position, you will need:

Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Previous TA experience in KS2 or KS1
A good standard of education (minimum GCSE level)
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to inspire pupils from varied backgrounds
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, Overseas Police Clearance (where applicable), and provide professional references
(Please note: Initial DBS costs must be covered upfront but are reimbursable after 20 days of work with Tradewind)This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a highly regarded Hertfordshire school.
