Job Title: KS2 Teacher Location: Boston Salary: £130-£180 per day (Depending on experience) Start: ASAP Contract: Day-to-Day/Long-Term, Full-time/Part-time Are you an enthusiastic educator with a passion for developing young minds in Key Stage 2? Are you seeking a rewarding role in a dynamic and forward-thinking primary school? GSL Education are delighted to be recruiting a dedicated KS2 Teacher for a thriving primary school in Boston. This is a rewarding teaching position, available immediately, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community. About the Role / Role Overview: As a KS2 Teacher, you will deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons that cater to a broad range of learning needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of the KS2 curriculum and have the ability to foster high standards of attainment, behaviour, and progress. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the KS2 phase. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes pupil engagement. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that adhere to national curriculum objectives. Track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform future teaching. Establish productive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to whole-school initiatives and participate in staff development opportunities. Job Requirements: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Prior experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of the KS2 curriculum, assessments, and age-related expectations. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one). Why Join GSL Education?
