A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our committed team from September 2025. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, supportive environment where both pupils and staff are encouraged to thrive and succeed.
As a KS2 teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a rich and engaging curriculum that supports all learners. You will be part of a collaborative team, committed to fostering academic excellence, creativity, and personal growth for every child.
KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of KS2 pupils
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
Track and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support ongoing development
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils academically and socially
Contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities, events, and school initiatives
KS2 Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (or suitable training placement experience for ECTs)
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
A commitment to inclusive education and promoting high expectations for all pupils
A passion for inspiring children and helping them reach their full potential
