We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Gloucestershire from September 2025. About the Role
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, high-quality lessons that motivate and inspire learners. You’ll be teaching a mixed-ability class of pupils who are eager to learn and thrive in a supportive and structured environment.
You will work closely with a strong year group team, contribute to whole-school initiatives, and be involved in shaping the continued development of teaching and learning across Key Stage 2. You’ll have access to excellent planning resources and be supported by an experienced senior leadership team and approachable colleagues.
This role is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs with a genuine passion for primary education.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies
*
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6), or a keen interest in this phase
*
Ability to plan engaging, inclusive lessons that meet a range of needs
*
Confident classroom management and a nurturing, positive approach
*
A reflective practitioner with high expectations of pupils and themselves
*
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
*
A commitment to safeguarding and the wider life of the school
