A welcoming and diverse primary school in West London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team from October half term through to the end of the academic year. This is a full-time position covering a well-established class within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

The Role:
Full-time KS2 class teaching position starting after October half term
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners
Work closely with experienced leaders, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Recent experience teaching within KS2
A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
Commitment to the full duration of the post (until July)

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide support to children with autism, fostering a positive learning environment.
Engage in effective communication with students to enhance their understanding and learning.
Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and activities for early childhood education.
Monitor and document student progress, ensuring their needs are met throughout the day.
Facilitate toddler care and support during playtime and structured activities.
