The ideal candidate:
Assist in addressing diverse learning needs.
Foster the development of independence and social skills in pupils.
Provide support for pupils' personal care and medical requirements.
Contribute to promoting the health and well-being of students.
Aid students in enhancing their literacy and numeracy skills, thereby elevating their overall academic achievement across the curriculum.
Qualifications required:
Ideally, experience in KS2, teaching primary school students
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
Effective teamwork, excellent communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to continuous professional development, coupled with a passion for teaching and learning
Emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, with strong behaviour management skills
Professional references and an Enhanced DBS check
