KS2 Teacher (Maternity Cover) – St Albans Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) Start Date: September 2025 (earlier start possible for the right candidate) About the School: We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-respected primary school in St Albans, known for its inclusive ethos and strong community values. The school maintains high academic standards while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for pupils and staff alike. They are currently seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to join a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage in pupils’ academic journey. The Role: As the KS2 Maternity Cover Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge all learners. You will be expected to contribute to the wider school life, including assessment, pastoral care, and extracurricular activities.
