Job Description

KS2 Teaching Assistant

Overview: Support pupils across Years 3–6, helping them develop confidence, independence, and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Provide classroom and intervention support

  * Assist pupils with literacy and numeracy activities

  * Support SATs preparation where required

  * Promote positive behaviour and engagement

  * Work with individuals and small groups

Ideal Candidate:

  * Minimum 3 months' experience within a primary school setting

  * Good understanding of KS2 curriculum expectations

  * Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

  * Flexible and supportive approach
