Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supporting learning activities Assist the teacher in delivering lessons. Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning. Help prepare learning materials and resources. Classroom Management Support the teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment. Help manage student behaviour and encourage engagement. Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and outings. Administrative Support Help with record-keeping, such as attendance and progress tracking. Prepare displays and tidy up classrooms. Photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks. Pastoral Care Offer emotional support and encouragement to students. Monitor student well-being and report concerns. Foster a safe and inclusive environment. Supervision Duties Oversee students during lunch, playtime, or on school trips. Ensure safety and appropriate behaviour outside the classroom
