KS2 Teaching Assistant - KS2 (Y5/6)
📍 Location: Cardiff, Primary School
📅 Start Date: Monday 3rd November (after October half-term)
💼 Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
💰 Daily Rate: £88.92 per day (Rate increases dependent on experience, qualifications & client rate)
📋 Contract Type: Temporary via agency
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant within a UK Primary School (essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration (mandatory)
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
🎯 Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering the KS2 curriculum
Providing tailored support to individuals and small groups
Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
