What You'll Be Doing: Championing Learning: Supporting the class teacher to deliver outstanding lessons, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the KS2 curriculum. Fostering Growth: Working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support in literacy and numeracy. Creating a Positive Space: Assisting with classroom management, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a safe and happy environment for all children. Inspiring Young Minds: Helping to prepare engaging learning resources and setting up inspiring classroom activities. Being a Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community and its ethos. What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children, ideally within a KS2 setting. A genuine passion for education and a desire to see every child succeed. A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents. A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent). An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one. Why Join Randstad Education?
