Tradewind Recruitment seeks a KS4 Teaching Assistant to join an Secondary School in Birmingham,in September 2025. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting student's learning and development, possess effective communication skills, and have a firm grasp of educational principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide individual and small group assistance to students during learning sessions.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Assist students with additional needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Participate in the preparation and organisation of learning materials.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.Requirements:
Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
